Quiet, Private & Fully Furnished Room

I have a quiet, private, and fully furnished master bedroom with King size bed that includes ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet available in a 2-story 4 bedroom and 2 1/2 bathroom house. The room comes with a refrigerator and 1 garage parking space. The room is available on September 1st, 2024. Single occupancy is $1325 and couples is $1450 (utilities and supplies purposes). Children friendly.

It’s in a safe and friendly neighborhood in North Fontana, CA. You will always see neighbors jogging, walking their dogs, or playing basketball at our community park (day and night). Conveniently located near major freeways (15 & 210), schools, hospitals, shopping malls, eating areas and bars that are within 5-15 minutes away. The house have central A/C and heating. Bathrooms, kitchen & all living spaces will be shared with 3 tenants. We have a washer and dryer available on the 2nd floor. We have lots of private street parking available.

House Rules:

1. NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ANYWHERE INSIDE & OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. - Smoking only allowed outside AWAY from the house. This included vapes.

2. NO SHOES INSIDE THE HOUSE with acceptation of removal of shoes in the foyer. Indoor slippers are allowed.

3. PETS MUST BE WELL-TRAINED Additional $300 security deposit

4. NO DRUGS, ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES & ACTIVITIES.

5. NO PARTIES/EVENTS

6. NO OVERNIGHT GUEST(S)

7. THERMOSTAT: DO NOT set the Temperature lower than 73F during or higher than 78F for heating

Current tenants enjoy cooking, playing games from board-games to gaming console, watching anime, TV shows, and movies.

Payment: Rent will be $1300/month that includes ALL utilities via app payment
