Room is decent size, small closet, down the street from the 10 fwy, close to the 210 fwy, close to Costco, restaurant and market. Bill/ Wifi includes/use to kitchen. Public parking infront of the house. I have two small dogs. 1 over night stay a week. No drugs, no excess alcohol. A back ground check will be done. The room has AC mini split the electric bill is split among the 3 roommates.
