Located in North Fontana, in a well maintained home with two working, professional parents and two teenagers (one is a college student). Conveniently located near the 210 and 15 freeways, and a six minute drive to Victoria Gardens. The room is large and clean, with a walk in closet and light wood beachy floors. We have an entertainment center that is in the room, but can take that out if desired. There is a bathroom next to the private room that will be sole use for the renter. We are looking for someone responsible, respectful, non-smoker. Student and LGBTQ friendly. We do have two small Maltese dogs that are indoor dogs, who stay in the master bedroom when the owners are not at home. We ask for no additional pets, unless it's a small caged reptile or hamster. Renter is free to use common spaces, including kitchen, dining room, living room, and backyard, including non-heated pool.
