Decent size room 4 rent

We have a decent size room for rent with it's own 2 entrances. Large size property plenty of parking, and amazing views of the valley. You must love animals as we have dogs, chickens and a cat. We are pretty quiet, however can't say the same for the animals. Lol. We aren't super clean, but not disgusting dirty either. Our neighborhood is quiet and our neighbors are nice. We want someone pretty laid back and chill. If you are a couple who fights a lot, this isn't the right fit either. We will consider animals if they are friendly with other animals. You will technically have your own bathroom, but it is also the guest bathroom too. There is a shared washer and dryer. There is plenty of pantry space and fridge space. The room has is own ac unit, and we have a heater for the room. We do ask that you have renters insurance as well. The room has mixed flooring of carpet and cement. The room is on the opposite end of the house, so you'll have plenty of privacy(although you do have to walk across the house for the bathroom)
We also have family who come over often and stay the night. There's plenty of room though.
