Hey there! I’m renting out two spare rooms in my big 4-bedroom home here in Cerrato Homes, one of the safest, most family-friendly neighborhoods in town. Lots of kids around, great neighbors, no vandalism or sketchiness in the five years I’ve lived here. It’s just me and my 10-year-old son – he’s got his room, I’ve got the primary, and the other two rooms are ready for the right people.

I usually keep to myself, and so does my son – the house stays pretty quiet. I don’t party, don’t stay up late, but I’m not a stickler about how you spend your time either. Just looking for someone responsible, easygoing, and someone I vibe with. I’m definitely good peoples and always down for making new friends.
