Single family house, 3 B & 2.5 bath. Close to Sacramento downtown, UC Davis and Sacramento international airport. Convenient to the super market and freeway. The house is new remodeled, has garage and parking space ( the driveway), brand new washer and dryer. The house is clean and will always be clean. Welcome to share all the public spaces including living room, kitchen and dining room etc. Room for rent is furnished, rent are Include utilities & Wi-Fi.

Right now, one female is 21( the house owner, a university student) and a 28 years old male ( professional) are living here. The room for rent need share a bathroom with male, he is a super clean guy, he cleans and keeps the bathroom clean every day.

We are clean, quiet, no smoke, no party, and easygoing people (we’d like to believe :D);

We would like to rent to someone who’s no smoking no drugs, also quite & clean & easygoing. :)

This room has been taken for a short period of time. It will be available September 9th again.
