• Semi-private bathroom located just 6 feet outside the room in the hallway.
o The bathroom is primarily for the tenant’s use but may occasionally be used by a guest.

Rent & Utilities
• $950 per month (all utilities included: electricity, water, garbage, WiFi).
• Refundable security deposit: $500.
• Rent and deposit are due at move-in.

• Drug-free, alcohol-free, and do not host parties or large gatherings often, however we might have a few gatherings 2-3 times a year.
• Open-minded, loving, and non-judgmental.
