About the place: Fully furnished room with large closet, full sized bed, and private detached bathroom. Home is 2150 sq. feet, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom. Shared/common areas include kitchen, laundry, two living rooms, and patio/yard. Garage storage available. Community has two pools, a hot tub, and a gym. Street parking only. All utilities included, including multiple streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Max, etc.) and high speed wifi.
About me: 38 year old female, owner of the property. I currently reside alone with my 2 small dogs and 3 cats (all friendly). I mostly work from home and am generally pretty quiet. I entertain occasionally and typically go out of town every other weekend. I’m pretty laid back but I like to keep my home neat and orderly. I would appreciate someone who is tidy/clean and respectful of the shared/common spaces.
About you: Preferably female (but would consider a male), and either a working professional or student. Must be good with animals. Non-smoker. Someone who communicates well and might enjoy having a drink or sharing a meal together occasionally.
