Hello! I'm the owner / landlord of my home in Temecula. I'm renting out this room listed (currently a guest room) and one other room which are both located upstairs. The double sink bathroom would be shared with one male.
I live here with my two male roommates and 3 children (under 18) so our potential roommate would need a clean background. I would like for this person to be responsible/pay rent on time, have a full time job, and be drug free.
I'm a busy mom, caregiver and part-time teacher/sub. I also manage and host my property in Big Bear Lake.
The room is perfect for someone who just really needs a nice room to relax in at the end of the day. I don't mind parents who have visitation part-time (weekends). However, this room is only for one occupant and no animals. We live close to Pechanga Resort, Wineries, Restaurants and Old Town.
