Master Room with your own bath available 🏡

Greetings y’all~
We are a married couple in our 40’s looking to rent our downstairs master room! It will be available March 18,2026. We have a two story 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home and we are looking to fill our larger room. $1200 single or $1500 for couple. Utilities included!! The downstairs Master comes with its own bath, walk in closet and ample storage space. We provide kitchen cabinet space for you too! There are two fridges so you will have plenty of fridge space. You also have access to our outdoor patio, living room and garage. You will also get to park your car in the driveway. Sorry, but we will not be able to take any pets. We did try a pet with the last roommate and it was too much for our fur baby situation. We have 2 very friendly but shy cats that rule the house so you must be ok and not allergic to cats. We are a fun outgoing and adventurous couple. We both work full time and we primarily live upstairs. We will mainly use the kitchen and garage, so you will see us coming and going frequently. You will pretty much have the downstairs and patio mostly to yourself. We are very respectful, clean, communicative and friendly. Looking for the same in a roommate. We are not a big party house but we do have some friends/family over from time to time. Full background checks may be conducted and we also require signed rental agreement as a part of the process.
The Menifee area is amazing! Super close to Temecula. And the drive is very doable from OC and San Diego areas as well. Military: March Air Force Base is close by if you are stationed there! We are centrally located to a wide variety of shops and restaurants, as the city is growing big time. We also live close to hills if you are into hiking, biking or UTV riding.
