Gated community that borders Indian wells. Safe, quiet, and great location!! Garage Parking space available to share with other roommate (she’s rarely home), and also designated parking space I have reserved that I pay extra for each month. We keep the house clean and tidy, and I like to have a house cleaner come and do a deep cleaning in common areas once a month, that’s included in rent as well. We have 2 pools, 2 spa, tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball, bbq and putting greens, NO GYM though. I’m lucky that we have great neighbors too. The private room is 10x12 comes fully furnished with a new 55”smart tv, almost brand new QUEEN bed, COMFY SOFT new sheets/Extra bedding, towels, and personal space in the clean shared bathroom for your toiletries. Bathroom is shared with 1 female who, when home, gets ready mostly in her bedroom. There’s a dresser and a nightstand, with mirrored closet doors. Garage has storage area that has a lock and key, for some of your personal storage needs. There is a washer and new dryer in garage, and security cameras outside of home. Kitchen is fully loaded with newer pots and pans, espresso, machine, air fryer, and a Tiger rice cooker for those that are particular about their rice:)
