Quality rooms

I have a couple of nice rooms available in a 2400 sq ft ranch style home with a swimming pool on a 1/2 acre lot in the lovely Rancho Belagio neighborhood of Moreno Valley with nearby hiking trails and open fields and mountain views. One is a regular room for 1000$ and the other is a Master suite for 1500$ I pay for all your utilities, cable TV, and high speed internet, You`ll have full access to the house and back yard which has a work out area, pool, pool house, and a basketball court as well as plenty of room to meditate in the peace and serenity of a huge yard....I create a peaceful and quiet and respectful environment that will take you away from the stress of city life. I`m looking for hard working and pleasant people who are cleanly and respectful of others. If this is you call Terry and let’s see if we can meet each others expectations. The room will be available on sept 15th 2023....please have 2 months worth of savings for the rent and a financial statement and refrences. I`ll provide you with a very tranquil atmosphere. By the way, since I did the video I’ve pretty much furnished all the rooms and landscaped the entire backyard.
