So me and my partner live in a house off of Central in Riverside and we had another couple and a third roommate living with us but they appear to be preparing to leave August 15th when the lease is up. So I am looking for at least two people to rent. The other two rooms. Couples are also welcome. Obviously the more people the cheaper the rent is so the prices may vary if you are a couple from the listed price because we do pay everything equally here. It is an lgbtq household so we would prefer people that are friendly with that if not part of the community. We would need to run you by the leasing company to add you on but I've already discussed it with them and that is a totally reasonable process.
