Will not negotiate the price. If the price is out of your comfort, please don’t waist my time. Im not in a hurry, looking for the right fit. Not looking to take advantage of anyone rent is high just trying to get by. This is month to month. The room is medium size. Plenty of space in the closet. The room has two windows so plenty of natural light and fresh air.
The shared areas are the living room kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of space.
We are close to shopping centers and just 4 minutes away from RCC, 9 from CBU and 12 from UCR.
42 yrs old female professional always working, I currently recide in the house with my 21 yrs old son. He is a full time student and does work from home. Plays video games. You will proprobably see him more than me. Drama free and very preserved. We usually stay to ourselves.
