Luxurious House Looking for a Roomate

Luxurious recently purchased new construction home in lake elsinore. The house is fully furnished and designed by an interior designer. Your room will be emptied and you will have a bathroom to yourself (will serve as the guest bathroom if we have visitors). The kitchen, family room, dinning room area, backyard, washer and dryer will be a shared space. You will also have the ability to park in the garage. I have one dog (non shedding) who's very friendly and follows me around all day so he'll never be in your way. This area is super quiet and has plenty of trails to hike if you love the outdoors.

It's just me and my dog. I work remotely from home so I'm pretty much here all day. I live a very disciplined lifestyle. I'm looking for someone who's pretty disciplined themselves. I don't have parties but occasionally I'll have a family member or a friend over on Friday or Saturday night. I'm usually sleep by midnight and up by 6 am every day. Right now I'm super focused on my goals and elevating in my career. I can definitely be a good gym buddy and put you on to some good music and films. My dog blue and I love to go on long walks on the weekend and you're welcome to join. My biggest thing is honesty and respect. Once we set the rules and boundaries in place I will honor them and I expect the same in return. If you're looking for a peaceful environment with no drama to flourish, then this is the spot for you!
