We are blessed to live in a nice and safe neighborhood in our comfortable and serene three bedroom/2 bath home.
The nice room within our home comes with a shared bathroom.
Your room is set up with a queen size bed, armoire in the nice sized closet, desk work space if needed, and an area to sit and relax, read a good book, or to watch TV.
Shared living of the dining/kitchen area is included, as well as a few areas for relaxing in the front and back yards which have beautiful views.
We are animal lovers and have dogs, who are not allowed in the shared areas of our home.
You will be close to grocery stores, eateries, and to a few hiking trails, Downtown Riverside, and the Cities of Eastvale and Corona.
We require a Security Deposit of $1000 (Less for short term rental), which is refundable minus any damages. We also require a non-refundable Cleaning Fee of $125. (Less for short term rental)
