Looking for one individual to rent out our room to who is clean quiet responsible and employed. Please no gatherings or friend sleepovers. Allowed to use our in house laundry unit one day per week. Welcome to use the kitchen just must clean up after yourself right away. We are married with a kid but we are hardly home and take the baby with us. 1 small hypoallergenic dog who stays downstairs. You'll share a bathroom upstairs with 1 person who is very clean. Marijuana use must be outside to prevent the house from smelling. Our home is usually pretty quiet except for holiday family gatherings.
