Private Furnished Room & Bathroom Close to 10 Fwy

Bedroom

Furnished bedroom on own (second) floor with walk-in closet, bed, dresser, and TV with fire stick.

Shared space:
Upstairs bathroom will only be used by the tenant, unless I happen to have family visiting (does not happen often and I would be sure to let you know far in advance). Other two bedrooms upstairs are not for rent and are to remain unoccupied (again, only in use if my family is visiting).

Also upstairs is a loft area with gym equipment (treadmill, rower, some free weights), a small prep space, microwave, and mini fridge, for if and when tenant doesn’t want to use the full kitchen. Stairs are blocked to owner’s pets (two dogs) by a baby gate.

Downstairs is a full kitchen (stove, fridge, oven, microwave, etc), tv room with power leather recliners, and property owner’s room. There is also a small backyard with patio furniture and a fire pit.

Home is in a gated community with a pool, hot tub, and walking paths close to the 10 freeway and a short commute to area hospitals (15 minutes to Redlands, 25 minutes to Loma Linda, 30-40 minutes from Fontana, Moreno Valley, etc).

Unfortunately no pets considered, as one of my dogs is a jerk.
