2 Rooms + Loft (Utilities Included)

Hello! I am a yo clean, responsible, and respectful person and I'm looking to rent the spare rooms of my brandnew home with someone who is the same. My home's construction was completed in November, and you would be the first people to live in this space. Just to make it crystal clear that I live here too, but I'm very quiet and easy going!

You would get your own driveway parking spot and street parking is allowed as well if you have more than car. I also have a small backyard with a flattop grill that you're welcome to use, in addition to everything in the kitchen, of course. I also have most streaming services that you can use, as well as internet being included with the utilities.

I have lots of tools, equipment, and tech, and am always open to letting you use and borrow things if you need to. I'm pretty easy going. If you want to put nails in your room walls and hang things up, go for it! This will be your home too, and I want it to feel like it.

My location is impossible to beat. Some things that are close:
