Looking for a chill, responsible, LGBTQ+ friendly roommate- female or gay male preferred. We are a quiet, super relaxed, non-smoking household- mom & college aged daughter w/two lazy cats. Daughter will be studying abroad for a few months.

11x10 bedroom is currently a guest room. It has a twin bed with memory foam topper, rug, student desk, night stand, 37" tv with wall mount (will post a new pic once mounted), bookcase & large mirrored closet. Any/all furnishings can be removed, if you prefer. Remodeled guest bathroom is across the hall. It will generally be a private bathroom until August when 2nd roommate returns, but may occasionally be shared by one other person (guest).

Full use of common areas- upgraded kitchen, living room, indoor laundry. Wifi, utilities, cable/some streaming services included. Family friendly community features two pools, two hot tubs, handball & volleyball courts.

Located within 12 miles of Disney, 7 miles of CSUF, Santiago Canyon College & Fullerton College. Close to shopping & dining- Savi Ranch, Yorba Linda Town Center, Anaheim Hills Village Center.

We may also have an available vehicle to rent from APR-JUL. This can be discussed separately, if interested.
