I am renting an extra-large room in a beautiful clean large 4-bedroom house in the Yorba Linda area. It is a safe quiet neighborhood. The room has Pergo flooring. It has a very clean brand new full bathroom. The house is an eco-healthy home with a whole-house water filtration system and UV/HEPA air filtration system built in. It also has an osmosis drinking water system. I have a house cleaner that comes twice a month. It would only be you and I at this time. Laundry may be used once a week.

I value my home as a peaceful, beautiful, clean place to rest and recharge. An ideal roommate is someone who is responsible, mature, and kind. I value relationships and independent lives outside the home as well as warmth and respect in sharing a home together.

Size: 15 feet 5 in by 10 feet 5 inches. 162.5 sq feet. It can fit a king bed with two dressers and two end tables.

A little about me: I am a Christian woman who loves Jesus, outgoing, athletic, involved with ministry, and caring, I love people, and I am an independent easy-going person. I go out a lot and have a busy life with friends, work, and church. I have two well-trained Siberian huskies that I exercise every day.

What I am looking for: My desire would be to find a Christian Professional female roommate that has a pretty full life and works outside the home or is a full-time student. You love dogs and would be willing to feed my dogs if I go out of town and you happen to be in town. Attributes: Trustworthy, responsible, an occasional glass of wine OK, respectful, Nonsmoker, Non-Vaper, No drugs, No weed, and a self-contained person. (Sorry no pets are accepted at this time, due to me already having two dogs)

Location: 10 minutes to Cal State Fullerton and HOPE University. 15 minutes to Fullerton Community College. 16 min to Santiago College. 21 minutes to UCI & 20 min to Vanguard University when there is no traffic.
