Welcome to a safe ,quiet place up in the trees! I'm on the second floor directly across the laundry room (new machines) and inexpensive. Your bedroom is light and bright overlooking a beautiful courtyard. all lite up in the evening. Theres a big mirrored closet with a lot of room. I now have a double bed in the room and some furniture but it can also come unfurnished. if need be. You would get lots of light if you want and just steps from the bathroom. The Kitchen has everything and you'll have your own cabinets. My eating are and living room is open and quite often I have a good movie going with a fireplace in the evening. There is a clubhouse here with coffee in morning, although I always have a brew going. Great heated pool and hot-tub surrounded by beautiful gardens -roses water falls and walking paths. Also there are nice big gas barbecue grills included here around the pool and bathhouse to clean up after a swim! There also is a NEW state of the art work out room very clean and great machines.
