Hi there! I’m looking to rent this 2bedroom/ 1 bedroom apartment with someone by October. I have a dog moving in with me (people/other pet friendly), and she will stay in my room and I will pay the pet fees.
Otherwise, I’m pretty clean, I hardly make noise (e. g., loud music, talking, etc), I’m respectful of anyones privacy/space, and most of the time I’m just in my room or running errands. I work a full time job, so I’m home after 5:30pm. I will rarely have friends over, but with notice.
I’m looking for a roommate with a full time job, clean, no drugs, and doesn’t mind keeping the partying outside the place. I’m okay with an additional pet (fingers crossed it gets along with my dog) and guests- friends are chill, rando’s, no.
Leasing office will do a background and credit check. I’m cleared so far.
