Hello! We are looking for 1 person to take over for our current roommate who is moving out. We live in a 4 Bedroom 2.5 Bath (2,000 sq ft) house in Westminster off McFadden Ave & Newland St near Bella Terra shopping center. The house was recently remodeled just before we moved in. You would get 2 bedrooms (unfurnished) and your own private bathroom. You would be living with me and my boyfriend, both in our late 20s, and we have an almost 2-year-old mini Australian Shepherd. We are looking for someone around our age who is low-key, clean, and respectful.
