Current three story townhome with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath. We currently have a master bedroom open for availability starting mid-June, including 2 walk in closets, his-and-her sinks, a personal bathroom, and full access to the house. There is a 0.5 bath downstairs that is communally shared, but you will have free access to the living spaces, kitchen, and one parking space is available in the garage. We have an in-unit washer/dryer, as well as a balcony on the property. Our house is currently partially furnished, so there is availability to further furnish the house with your furniture. We are located in a gated community, with a pool and jacuzzi, and security working the front gate.
About the current roommates: I am a 22 year old student, working, and mostly keep to myself. I enjoy cooking, reading, and hanging out on the weekends. We have another 29 year old roommate renting out one of the other rooms, she’s quiet but kind and keeps to herself mostly. We are looking for someone to fit into our household, preferably someone who is respectful and helps maintain a clean home! We look forward to welcoming in someone new!
