One of the rooms has access from both inside and outside of the home and accesses separate kitchen. Both rooms are located in a separate hallway from master bedroom. So you will share a restroom with another person. A cleaning schedule will be required to maintain sanitary space for both individuals. The house is located in a convinient location nearby Chapman University, local hospitals, shops, restaurants, and local freeways. Come check it out, you may schedule a visit.
