Room available with its own Shower/Tub combo. The bathroom is adjacent to the room in a quiet area of the house. The room has dark hardwood floors with two big windows, A ceiling fan and a small walk in closet. The renter has full use of the Kitchen and there is some storage area available. There are two refrigerators with plenty of room to support the household. There is a backyard area for entertaining as well as a small enclosed house in the back for gathering of your friends either outside or by the firepit. There are two dogs on the premises that are friendly. They bark at the squirrels and the Amazon and mail man only. The renter needs to be a non-smoker with a life outside of the room rental. I would prefer a 9-5 schedule as I own a business that is 3-9 and we will miss each other completely giving lots of freedom and privacy. Must be professional, kind and friendly natured.
