Room for rent – roommate needed in a nice spacious home near the Block of Orange and the Historic Floral Park in North Santa Ana. Only 15 minutes drive to Newport Beach 20 minutes drive to Laguna Beach 12 minutes drive to Disneyland.

We are looking for one professional, trustworthy and clean roommate to move into a four bedroom, 3 bathroom home. Located near (walking distance) shopping centers (Target, Smart & Final, Chipotle, Starbucks) and the freeway. Ample street parking. Bright house, central air, stove/refrigerator, granite countertops throughout kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer located in the detached garage, and Wifi. Cleaning of common areas (living room, kitchen, backyard) will be subdivided among the four of us; we ask that you clean up after yourself and your bathroom.

No pets, no overnight guests, no smoking allowed (if needed, it’ll need to be out in the front yard). My 3 year old bunny likes to quietly roam around the backyard

Bedroom description: $1300/Month utilities included $1300 security deposit and an application must be filled out, one year lease. Hardwood floor, closet, and PRIVATE full bathroom!

I am a young female working in a large global corporate company. My boyfriend is a graduate student and a college advisor. We both work from home and will be on calls throughout the week but are mindful to take them in an enclosed space to reduce noise levels. Our third roommate is a male who works in the property management sector and works mostly in-office. We all consistently keep the house clean but are mindful and respectful of space and personal property of our roommates.
