Private Room + Private Bathroom

Hi, I am looking for an individual (no couples) to fill an unfurnished private bedroom (110sf) and own private bathroom (not shared). I don’t spend time in the living room so you are welcome to make that your own, in good taste. I am looking for a nice, quiet, clean, organized, considerate, respectful, and professional person to rent to, who has a full time job.

If you appreciate a clean home, you’ll enjoy it here. I keep it very clean and am happy to clean common areas, dishes, load and unload the dishwasher, sweep, mop and dust.

Internet, water, gas, and sewage are included. Electric, I will pay the first $85.00.. For example if you work from home or if you’d like to run a/c or a space heater all day, that’s okay, but you would need to pay for any amount over $85.00. On average, electricity has run me and one other roommate (2 people total) $80.00 monthly.

Gated parking with assigned pass and access key for gate entry to parking. Access to community laundry about 50 feet from the unit (12 washers & 12 dryers) wash loads are $0.25 and dry loads are $2.25 (great prices).

The place is next to South Coast Plaza Mall (Crystal Court side).

The room will be completely empty and ready for move in after 03/01/2025 Photos taken while current tenant moving out.
I’d strongly prefer to find someone to stay through the end of the lease, which is 08.31.2025 and possibly renew an additional year if it is a good fit.

$40.00 application fee/ credit check +$150.00 to be added to the lease totaling $190.00. 1st month + last month due at signing ($2,298.00) no security deposit.

It’s just me and my 6 year old, 20lb girl dog (must be okay with dogs). I am a responsible 34 year old man who works for a start up in Huntington Beach, in a purchasing role. I’m easy going, nice, quiet, clean, organized, considerate, respectful, and professional. I am looking for a like-minded roommate to live with. I would like to find a respectable person who shares a similar lifestyle and values.

I don’t do drugs or smoke and very rarely drink. I absolutely don’t mind if you drink, within reason. No smokers or drug users.
