Room For Rent In Brand New Gated Community

Hello, I'm Paula and I have a brand new house in Santa Ana with one extra room for rent available for June. I am recently retired and love to work in my garden and enjoy cooking and meditation.

This listing is for women only please. Including myself there is only one other female tenant.

Rent is $800 a month plus utilities. Parking is included! The house has wifi, washer and dryer, and is in secure gated community.

Light cooking is requested and vegetarians are preferred but not mandatory. You will have a shared bathroom with only one other female house mate. The bathroom connects the two rooms.

Please no ‘work from home’ applicants. Smoking/drugs or overnight guests are not permitted. And No couples please.

I'm looking to create a peaceful and harmonious environment in my home. In my home I focus on communication as it is essential in avoiding misunderstandings and tensions. All together including myself and you, will be three people in the household. We all share light chores for the common areas.
