Washer and dryer is in unit, shared refrigerator and appliances. Parking is almost anywhere in the complex and a non-busy side street if you work late. NO Drugs or smoking, if you have pets you may have to cover additional expenses. Apartment is fully furnished except for the bedroom. Bedrooms are completely separated so nice and private. Nice living area and kitchen. I work part-time, when I'm home I like to watch TV. Easy to get along with, like things clean.
