Shared bathroom with a male tenant. There are currently one male tenant, and myself, also male and three female cats living here.

Full kitchen and washer/dryer privileges. You must provide your own cutlery, pots, pans etc...

Enter through the front door or private entrance through side gate to private 20x9 patio with sliding door entrance to room.
Parking is on street or driveway.

Utilities and WiFi included in rental price. Smoking is fine outside.

House has great location. Walk to UCI medical or The Outlets of Orange, even the Christ Cathedral (formerly Crystal Cathedral). Only minutes to 5 fwy on ramp. Lots of restaurants and entertainment across the street at Chapman Ave.

Move in would require first month rent plus $600.00 refundable security deposit.
Ready for occupancy upon the date stated, pending references etc...
