Private room with attached walk in closet and separate private bathroom for rent in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Orange. Walking distance from Chapman and Orange Circle. Includes access to 2 swimming pools, jacuzzi and In-building laundry. There is one designated carport for our unit which would need to be shared between us and street parking is also available.

A little bit about me: I am a single female in my early 30s who would be in the master bedroom, looking for a single roomate in their late 20s- early 40s who is tidy and respectful. I also have one cat named Kitana so you must be ok with living with a cat. Having guests or a significant other over isn’t a problem for me but I do not want a party house and do not want to feel like I am living with a third roomate. I work two jobs so I am barely home and like to come back to a place that’s quiet and clean. Please no couples, children or additional pets.

Room is available for move in April 15 with a deposit of $1000 sent directly to the landlord. He is also requiring you sign a lease, whether that be month to month or 1 year would be up to you to discuss with him.

All Utilities are included.
