Furnished Bedroom (furniture can be removed) with a large bathroom (shared). In a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house. This room is for a single occupant only. Upstairs is fully carpeted; except the bathroom which has tile. Carpet is new and recently cleaned. Closet with shelves and 2 two drawer dressers with additional storage in the hall. Bedroom has a key lock so you can lock up if needed.
Currently occupied by myself (owner) and one other roommate both male (gay). There is a dog in the house but he is very friendly and well behaved. I work full time and have weekends off. When home, I usually working on craft project or handyman stuff. Love to cook also... Quiet, kind and respectful of people's personal space. I have a house keeper that will come in every other week to get at all the nooks and crannies. If you leave your door open I will have her dust and vacuum your space. Otherwise she will stick to the common spaces and bathrooms. When renting you can expect full home access: which means access to the kitchen, laundry, patio and storage. It's a 1600 sqft home so you don't have to feel caged. There is a garage but both spots are taken. Meaning any additional vehicles would park on the street. If you have a bike, that can be kept in the garage no problem. Pool and Gym access included as well. Within a mile of Old Town Orange (downtown), 2 miles from Chapman U, between UCI and St Jude's Hospital, Down the street from the Angels Stadium, Honda Center and 2 train stations. Close to the 57, 22, 5, and 91 freeways. LGBTQ friendly. Must pass background check (performed by Zillow).
More About me: I don't drink alcohol or soda and I eat pretty healthy. When I'm not working I spend time doing crafts or hanging out with my newphews. Usually out of the house early and home late.
Rent is $1,050 (including utilities)
Deposit is $500 (refundable)
First month and deposit due upon move in.
If moving in the middle of the month first month will be prorated to the end of the month.
