The home is fully furnished, and all amenities and utilities are included. You can have the room furnished or unfurnished. You will receive open use of all home areas including the kitchen, living room, garage, and backyard. You will share a bathroom; however, there should be no problems as the person you'll share it with leaves for work very early. There is storage space in the garage and a washer/dryer for use. We subscribe to a lot of streaming channels and share that with each other. You're welcome to use all our appliances, cookware, furniture, etc. We just ask you leave things as you found them and be respectful. There is an association pool available. We want someone who is a stable professional or student. We're pretty mellow and introverted people so a peaceful home environment is what we prefer. We have and expect you would have occasional guests. I'm allergic to perfumes and air fresheners so no scented items are allowed. If it stinks clean it or air it out. This is a drug free home.
