Hello! I’m currently in a 1 bedroom and wanting to move to a 2 bedroom so am looking for an awesome new roommate!
There are many different floor plans and unit options with move-in dates ranging from June 28th through July. To hold any 2 bedroom we want, we need to put down a $100 fee to take it off the market.
I would love to meet you and show you around this awesome complex ASAP and if we think it’s a great fit we can fill out the application and move forward!
Roommate can either take the master bedroom with ensuite, bigger closet, and designated parking space or the other room with separate bathroom, smaller closet and no reserved parking.
I’m open to either and what we think is fair rent distribution. I have all living room furniture, you would just need your bedroom furniture.
Amazing complex with 2 resort-style pools, 2 hot tubs, Yoga/Pilates studio, tennis and pickle ball courts, gym, pool table, shuffle board, etc.
The best part for me hands down is the 15 minute walk path to the beach (or 2 min drive).
I can show you the complex and my current 1 bedroom so you can get a feel for the apartments.
