1 bed available with a shared bathroom me (Jake 28 M) and my fiancé (Jenna 24 F) and our cat Meeko are currently in the master and are looking for someone to take the other room. Rent includes trash and a parking spot outside we have a garage that you can get exclusively for a little more in rent and the rest of utilities are split 3 ways (electric, gas, water, internet) typically they run around 160-200 most months and in the summer they can get a bit higher.
