This room has a private entrance on the upper deck. The bathroom is private and located across the hallway. There is a balcony on the upper deck with a sitting area to enjoy the fantastic view of Saddleback Valley below. An outside kitchen is under design for the upper deck.
You will have full house privileges, kitchen, w/d, TV, AC, wifi, etc. You also have access to the pool, jacuzzi, bbq, smoker and just chill out in the shaded patio on the ground level. We are located in a very safe neighborhood, so parking in the street is not an issue.
As a heads up, the room is only available after you have cleared a background check. An initial non-refundable $55.00 backgrounfd fee is required after you have agreed and approved to a background check. Standard California Application and Lease Agreement forms will be used.
I am a retired civil engineer, however I stay busy. My wife of 50 years passed away a year ago, so i live alone. I keep pretty much to myself, work in the yard, travel to Boise, Idaho to visit my daughter and my grand kids. I have a condo in Napili, Maui that I go to often but with this latest fire in Lahaina, everything is put on hold. Thank God it was spared and hopefully, in a few months things will get back to normal for areas not affected by the fire.
