One room for rent in a quiet 5-bedroom Mission Viejo home/neighborhood. My brother and I own the property, with only my brother residing in the home.

We are looking for a fairly low-key respectful working professional who takes pride in their space, preferably someone who works the day shift. If you want to throw parties and have many guests, this probably wouldn't be a great fit. The hallway bathroom will be shared between you and one other roommate. You are free to use the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and backyard.

We have a cleaning service that comes once a month to clean your shared bathroom as well as all the shared spaces, however, I just ask that we keep our space and common areas as clean as possible between cleanings. As long as the common areas and bathroom in particular are kept up with between cleanings, there is no need for an assigned cleaning schedule.

As for pets in the house. There is a neighborhood cat that is in the house on occasion. I will stop by the house every so often with my German Shepherd, but the dog is rarely at the house since I don't live there. Sorry, we are not interested in adding any more pets.
