Furnished Resort like Condo 3 miles from the Beach

Great place to live but not a party house. Friendly neighbors with kids and pets. This unit is on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool. It has stairs and an elevator. This is a safe upscale Neighborhood, close to freeways, LA, OC, & Long Beach. Restaurants, Fast Food, Costco and 2 Parks are nearby.

There is a Pool, Jacuzzi, Hot Sauna and a Gym on the property for your use and all utilities except for Electricity are included which is about $35 a month total. The bedroom is large with lots of closet space, TV, Desk, upgraded bathroom. The set up is great because the bed/baths are on opposite sides of the unit separated by the living room and kitchen; you may never know if the house mate is in or not. It's very private.

Short-term and short-term couples are fine but inquire with all details for any adjustments.

There are no rules except:
1) No smoking at all on property
2) No Pets
3) No illegal behavior

Anything else is fine.

Utilities: 1/2 Electricity.
Small deposit will vary depending on length of stay. Couples are possible if it's only short term.
