The price is included all utilities and wifi internet. Looking for a single female renter who is clean, and considerate. Must provide proof of employment and have a current background check report. No drugs, no smoking, no pets, and no visiting guest accepted. Open to short term or long term lease, a $1500 security deposit and first month rent is required before move in.
