Master Bedroom and Full Bath

I am renting the 2nd bedroom in my dual master 2 bedroom condo. The bedroom has an attached full bathroom with private shower. The living room is fully furnished and has an entertainment center with a 58" TV, soundsystem, and a Nintendo switch. I'm a fan of cooking, so the kitchen is fully stocked with pretty much all the cookware you could need, a brand new fridge with filtered water and icemaker, and a dishwasher. There's also in-unit laundry on the balcony with a new washer and dryer.
The community is nicely landscaped and quiet, and you'll have access to a pool, tennis courts, and a basketball court. One assigned, uncovered parking space is available, and there is additional guest parking available.
I'm an engineer and I work in an office in Irvine. I'm more of a morning person and don't spend many nights out late. I enjoy being outdoors playing sports, mountain biking in the area, and camping. Looking for a mature roommate who will respect my home as I respect them as a neighbor, and hopefully as a friend!
