Located in La Habra heights a very peaceful and safe community with hillside views and a rural feel but close to the city.
ideal for 1 person, student or someone who is looking for a private space.

Must have vehicle to get in and out of the neighborhood, as there are no sidewalks, nor nearby public transportation.

$1000/monthly $600 Security Deposit. Month to month for flexibility. Our last tenant stayed with us 1yr and 6months.

No laundry on site. Room is independent from house common areas.

You will have a private Kitchenette equipped with a mid-size fridge table, microwave, dish rack.
Bathroom with mini-cabinet and wall shelves. However, they are detached from the room, located in the garage.

Off-street Parking will be assigned, for your car.

About 5 minutes from; Trader Joe’s, Sprouts, Whittwood Town Center and other options.

Near hiking trails, 24hr fitness, Starbucks, Uptown Whittier

Background check and income will need to be verified.
Property rules;
• Pets may be considered (we have many)
• No overnight guests
• No smoking (We don't mind 420in moderation/outside)
• No drugs or substance abuse of any kind.
• Social drinker is ok, but no heavy alcohol use.

Room is not furnished.
Room size is 9'8" by 9'4" not including closet and desk area.

The home is on a steep incline, so it’s best suited for someone that is ok walking uneven ground, steps and hill walking.

About us:
Respectful, clean, family of 3(couple with 8yr old). We don't usually party or have a lot of people over. We are both beauty and body artists.
We have 2 cats, 2 dogs indoors. 2 chickens outdoors in Patio coop.
We like to keep a clean energy, calm and positive environment.
