Seeking a full-time Professional and/or Student. We are a family of 2 - 1 working professional (one of whom works from home full-time) & 1 student (minor) - in a 2-bedroom apartment who value a clean, tidy and respectful living environment. Our home is well-maintained, and we strive to create a welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for a tenant who shares similar values.

We are renting out our spare bedroom fully furnished. Included is a queen sized bed, comfortable newish mattress with a protective covering, two bed stands (optional) a full size dresser with many drawers and entertainment center with two full size drawers (optional). The room may be rearranged to fit your personal needs but only the optional items listed above may be removed from the room. Please only bring clothes and necessary items. There is some space for light cookware/dishes/food in main kitchen. You may bring a TV, TV stand and/or small desk if needed.

Located across The Irvine Spectrum, very close to 405, 5 and 133. Community is full of amenties, Starbucks, Salon, Game Room, Four Resort Pools and walking distance to Irvine Spectrum.

In-home Amenities:
- Private Patio attached to bedroom. We will remove all items on the patio shown in picture.
