Looking to share a 2 bedroom

1 bed/bath available in 2 bed/bath apartment in Irvine. Base rent for the 2nd bedroom is $1780. Complex has all the good stuff, parking spot in a garage, off the ground floor with a balcony, upgraded floors and fixtures. Living room is furnished but could fit more, same with the kitchen. Your bedroom is unfurnished. I have the lease for 11 months, but will negotiate if you can’t stay that long. Friendly to pets as long as you take care of them. Looking for a professional or student that is semi-clean and organized. As long you clean up after yourself, then I don’t mind having people over. Nothing wild.

I’m a 39, been an engineer and moved to CA about 2 years ago. I work close to the apt and go there 5 or 6 days a week. Most days I do some kind of exercise: videos in my room ( I got some eq. ), at the gym here, hot yoga, running. I’ll drink when I go out and about, but not often. Smoke a little tweeds, keep it outside. I’m pretty clean and organized, eat healthy half the time. Trying to save some money is this crazy town.
