You will have your own private bathroom and two closets. The room comes with 2 lamps and a desk and office chair you are free to use or we can get rid of if you don’t want them. Both the patio and living room are furnished.

The condo community, Avenue One, is located in an ideal neighborhood with numerous restaurants and a market. We are 5 minutes from SNA and 6 minutes from UCI Campus. There’s a shopping center directly across the street with many other restaurants, an ups, and various personal grooming salons.

We have access to a private indoor basketball court, gym, study rooms, club house with full service kitchen, resort style lap pool complete with locker rooms and gas grills and a private, gated put-put course. We’re situated between 4 other complexes that have outdoor tennis courts and pickle ball courts we can access.

A little about me! I have a small friendly dog named Ollie that lives here as well. He is hypoallergenic and 6 years old. I work from home majority of the time and don’t go out super often. I’m a clinical research professional applying to medical school this cycle. I’m tidy, keep the common areas clean and am very amendable to feedback/lifestyle changes that align with yours.
