Hello! Renting out a single room in a 4 bedroom + loft house in Irvine. Room is furnished, close to its own entrance, and has its own bathroom on the 1st floor - very private and secluded space. Looking for a respectful and responsible working female professional.
Looking to rent out just for the month of August and some of Sept but dates are somewhat flexible. We’ll be doing some traveling so may not be home for part of your stay.
We are 2 working professionals with a kid. We're very easy going, adventurous, and are a bit busy. Our kid is 8 years old and when we're home, our bedrooms are on the second floor. Shared space includes the kitchen, living room, and patio areas. Parking on the street, although garage space may be available while we're away. Utilities are included but you'll need to chip in for utilities if you use excessively. Access included to community pools, hot tubs, and other community facilities.
