$1000 room for rent in HB Harbor

M and F looking for a F roommate. Our last roommate moved out and we are looking for someone to take her place.

The room is 9.5 feet by 9.5 feet, has a closet and a small window with a view of the sunsets as it faces west. Rent is $1000 a month plus utilities (utilities include wifi, water, electricity, gas). Utilities are usually between $90-$105 for each of us.

No pets. Must have a full time job. You will have to fill out a rental application with the leasing office ($45).

We both are pretty quiet and just do our thing so looking for someone who fits our vibe as we are not looking for our place to be a party house.

All three bedrooms are on the second floor as well as the full bathroom. Downstairs is the living room, kitchen and a half bathroom. We have a small patio outside the kitchen/dining room area.

There is a laundry room, small pool and fitness center on the property. The complex is directly across the street from a small shopping center that has a Trader Joe's and a few restaurants.
