1032 square ft. Fully furnished, except bedroom. I’ve lived here for 5 years. Apartment complex has 2 pools and jacuzzi. BBQ grills to use and onsite laundry room. Gated entrance with a coved parking space. Lots of storage room. Apartment is on the 2nd story . Very Friendly neighbors.
Rent is 2,645.00$ on a month to month lease. So rent for each tenant is 1,325.00$.

Move in date April 1st.

I’m currently streaming with Hulu, Netflix, Prime Video, HBO, peacock, paramount plus+, stars. I work full time at a treatment facility Monday-Friday. Home in the evening.

I have 2 older cats. Complex is pet friendly. Live right next Walgreens, CVS, Ralph’s, Trader Joe’s. Very friendly and safe area. There are cameras up in the 2 gated entrances. Also have an Amazon Hub lockers. Live very close to post office, gas stations, and food spots.
Person must have an income and 600 credit score or more to be put on lease. There may be a small application fee. 35$
Would like someone sober, reliable, responsible, trustworthy, and cat friendly. I’m a very easy person to live with. I’m respectful and I keep apartment clean and rarely ever have company over.
