Hi! My name is Nathan. I currently have a 2 bed 2 bath in Huntington Beach. I am looking to rent the second bed and bath. The apartment is 5 minutes from Huntington Beach State Park, 5 minutes to downtown Huntington and the Pier. Walking distance to Albertsons, Mother’s, Walgreens, restaurants and Hoag medical building. Washer and dryer in unit. Our apartment is very quiet due to surrounding area.

I am 32 years old,. I work in restaurants, mostly evenings and weekends. I have two Huskies that are super loveable and loving (See photos). Unfortunately, I can’t accept any more pets.

I’m very mellow and clean. I don’t drink or party. Self sufficient and open to being friends, friendly, or passers in the night. Whatever you prefer. Male, Female, Gay, Straight, all are welcome to apply. I’m only hesitant about children due to having big dogs.

Month to month lease, and only requires 30 days notice to vacate. I am requesting a deposit of one month’s rent.
